Public Affairs Office: Responsible for recruiting, forum and web page management.
- Public Affairs Officer is managed by one member who oversees the Recruiting Officer, Forum Moderator and Web Designer.

is responsible for allocating personnel, reviewing applications, and managing the recruitment thread.
is responsible for managing the overall forums, monitoring recurring issues and regulation compliance.

Office of the Chancellor: The elected figurehead of the Legion. Responsible for ensuring all delegated tasks are complete, and provide direction for issues when needed.
Council to the Chancellor Are a three member council that provide advice and direction to the Chancellor. Each council member is delegated to oversee three to five subdivisions with exception to the Jedi Council. The council also maintains the right to vote a two-thirds majority on all Chancellor vetoes as a means of checks and balances and to ensure the power stays with the Senate.
Office of the Ambassador: Is responsible for guild allegiances, quelling inter-guild and inter-factional disputes, and facilitating communication.
The Senate: The proletariat of the Legion. The Senate represents, and is made up of you, the members of the Ashla Legion, and is the seat of all power within the guild.
Public Forum: This is where all members may find non-division specific guild issues posted and is open to all members.
Speaker of the House: Responsible for organizing the agenda, managing, and scheduling, of all guild meetings. Members wishing to have their concerns and issues to be given the floor, may present them via PM before the next scheduled guild meeting. Doing so allows meetings to flow smoothly and reduces the time required to conduct each meeting.
Sergeant at Arms: Responsible for maintaining order within the guild, guild meetings, investigating Law and Regulation violations and submitting all findings to the Senate.
Laws, Regulations and Enforcement: Enclosed in this thread you will find all the laws, regulations, enforcement and legal rights that govern the Legion.
Field Marshall's Office: Is responsible for overseeing both the PVP and Raid Coordinators. Handles complaints and ensures raids and pvp events are completed.

Ashla Order: The Jedi Order of the Ashla Legion.

: The elected body of the Jedi who serve the Chancellor and Senate in an advisory capacity only. The Jedi Council has nine to twelve members, one of which is the elected Grand Master.
