Ashla Expedition is a sort of crafting and trader union that we are setting up inside the guild. It will provide a sort of market and means of attaining crafted and high level drops through guild organization and sharing.

The concept behind the Expedition is that we are all working together to become the strongest, cohesive unit, that we can. If a member has got pimped out gear and is able to wreak havoc, it benefits all of us. That's also one of the perks to being in a guild. It provides a community that is able to support one another.

Ashla Expedition will be multifaceted and be comprised of points of contact to ensure that everyone is getting what they need in a timely manner.

Starting from the top down, the Expedition will be lead by an overseer who's job it is to guarantee that people's needs are being met and that proper planning is being taken to get members what they need and want. If you need some piece of armor that drops from an instance, let the Expedition overseer know, he will coordinate with the Raid Coordinator to plan a raid to get that piece for you, if it's not already in stock. The overseer will also be working with the head of each crafting specialization to make sure that they have the resources they need and are able to craft the items that are being requested.

The Expedition is further broken down into individual crew skills for each form of crafting. As more information comes out and the other forms of crafting are released, we will update this information, but right now there will be 7 crafting leaders: Armormech, Armstech, Artifice, Biochem, Cybertech, Resources, and Synthweave. Each of these specializations will be covered more in depth in their respective areas on the forums.

The leaders of each type of crafting and resource gathering will oversee all of the crafters who specialize in that given area. They will pool resources to make the best quality items and keep the guild well stocked.

The most important thing to keep in mind when considering Ashla Expedition is that the Legion is one unit. What helps one of us, helps all of us. Put Ashla Legion above self and do what you can to help out fellow Legionaries and this system will work wonders.
